I can't two-factor in to Sift Science

If you have two-factor authentication enabled and lose or upgrade your phone and can't log into Sift, there's an easy fix. One of the administrators on your account can go to the team page and click 'Disable two-factor authentication' on your account with a click. Then, you can log in and set it up again.

 

 

If you are the only admin user on your account, contact our support team.
